As the Practice Director, Tammy brings more than 30 years of administrative and leadership experience to the orthodontic field. Since beginning her career in orthodontics in 2000, she has developed a deep commitment to creating a positive, supportive experience for every patient and family. Tammy is passionate about educating patients on the benefits of orthodontic care and ensuring that each individual receives exceptional service throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with her three adult children and traveling. She values connection, continuous learning, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the families the practice serves.
Renee is our Treatment and Marketing Coordinator, and she couldn’t love her job more! She’s been in the dental and orthodontic world since 1993—long enough to know that creating beautiful smiles is exactly where she belongs.
Renee is all about fun, laughter, and a good challenge. She’s run multiple races including two marathons just for fun (we promise, no one was chasing her!). She’s also famously competitive, especially when there’s a golf club in her hand as she holds quite a few ladies longest drive titles.
Her heart belongs to her three amazing adult kids -Tyler, Alyssa, and Jacqueline and her favorite job title ever: YAYA to her grandkids Madeline and Drew, with a new little teammate joining the family in July 2026.
When she’s not brightening the office, you’ll find Renee traveling, laughing with friends, or soaking up the sun on a beach—her happy place, toes in the sand and surrounded by her favorite people.
Lisa is our Scheduling Coordinator. She has worked in orthodontics since 2002 and in dentistry since 1979. She answers the phone when you call and looks forward to welcoming you and your family to our practice. She understands that your time is valuable and will do her best to accommodate your schedule. Melanie started in our Hamburg office in 2017. She can be seen at the front desk answering the phones and scheduling appointments. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience to our office. Outside of the office Melanie enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and two sons.
Erika recently joined Dr. Bob’s team in September 2025. She graduated from Northampton Community College in May 2025 with a degree in Healthcare Office Coordination and is excited to dive deeper into the world of orthodontics. Erika loves helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and welcomed throughout their treatment journey.
You may also recognize her from Giant Food Markets, where she’s known for her friendly smile and great customer service. In her free time, Erika enjoys playing soccer, going shopping, cleaning (yes—she actually loves it!), and spending time with her parents, her twin sister, and her friends.
Regina is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant who has been part of our team since 2004 and in the orthodontic field since 2000. Known for her favorite saying- “There is only one way, the right way.” Regina brings precision, dedication, and heart to everything she does.
She loves nature, animals, and helping people become the best version of themselves. Her goal in orthodontics is simple and meaningful: to help create smiles that make patients want to smile.
Danielle is a devoted wife and proud mother who finds her greatest joy in family life. Happily married to her husband, Justin she treasures the memories they've built together raising their two children- Blayke, her energetic and big hearted daughter, and Ryder her free spirited and adventurous son. Their home is made even livelier by Lucy, their playful boxer who completes the family with endless excitement and affection.
Family time is at the center of Danielle's world. Whether they are enjoying outdoor activities, cheering from the sidelines at youth sports, or escaping on summer vacations, she embraces every moment spent making memories. A lover of country music, she appreciates the simple pleasures and peaceful days filled with laughter, sunshine, and celebrating every milestone along the way!
Dylana joined Dr. Bob’s team in February 2025, but she likes to say she grew up in the orthodontic field, having started her career at just 16 years old. Over the years, she has learned countless amazing things and has enjoyed watching how technology continues to advance and improve the orthodontic experience. One of her favorite parts of the job is helping patients achieve beautiful smiles.
Outside of orthodontics, Dylana is often described as a “jack of all trades.” She can be found helping on a dairy farm, bartending, or teaching archery. She also has a passion for travel photography and has visited 8 countries and 15 states. Her most recent adventure took her to Iceland, where she got engaged under the Northern Lights.
Dylana loves being outdoors year-round—hiking in the spring and summer, and hunting or snowboarding through the fall and winter. When the weather keeps her inside, she enjoys getting cozy and crocheting. With many hobbies and a love for adventure, she always enjoys learning new things.

Lauren is an Orthodontic Assistant who joined Dr. Bob’s team in March 2025, but she’s been helping create beautiful smiles since 2013. She brings a caring touch, steady skill, and a genuine love for making patients feel comfortable and confident.
Outside the office, Lauren’s favorite role is being Mom to her wonderful daughter, Emily. The two of them love cooking and baking together, watching movies, doing crafts while singing along to their favorite music, decorating for the holidays, and spending quality time with family.
